Payment Terms:

Payment of all invoices shall be made to Life Science Products, Inc. in full in U.S. dollars. Net 30 days for all domestic invoices, on approved credit. VISA or MasterCard credit cards are accepted. Payment of international invoices can be made by an approved credit card, an irrevocable letter of credit, a wire transfer or funds in advance, or an advancement via check in United States of America dollars drawn on a U.S. bank. Prior approval applies.

Taxes:

Any taxes imposed by federal, state or local government authority is payable in full in U.S. dollars.

Freight Terms:

All freight calculations on this site are estimated freight cost and are subject to change. All orders are shipped via the least expensive method, FOB Shipping Point, unless prior arrangements are agreed upon. All domestic freight charges, including insurance, COD and forwarding will be prepaid and added to the invoice, upon approval. For international freight charges, including insurances, COD and forwarding see 'Payment Terms'. Approval applies

Prices, Handling and Specifications:

Prices at the time of receipt of order will prevail. Order amounts are subject to an additional 3.5% handling fee. International customers are subject to additional terms and conditions not shown, please inquire.

Minimum Order Amount:

$30.00 minimum order amount applies for stock items. Manufacturer's case quantity applies for non-stock items.

Returns and Claims:

No returns will be accepted without written/Faxed authorization from Life Science Products, Inc. Claims for shortages or damaged incurred during shipment must be reported to the carrier within (5) working days from receipt of goods. An inspection by the carrier must be requested if there is damage to the shipping container at the time of delivery. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge, if not our error. Especially fabricated products may not be returned for credit. All natural latex type gloves may not be returned after 3 months from date of shipment due to shelf life deterioration.

Statement of Warranty:

As a supplier of represented products, Life Science Products, Inc. warrants that representations made for represented products reflect accurately the manufacturers representations to Life Science Products, Inc. In regards to (or as a result of) represented products, Life Science Products, Inc. does not accept any responsibility nor shall be held liable for loss or expense, or for any damage (accidental or consequential) including damage to person, property, or premises. Life Science Products, Inc. expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether expressed, implied or statutory (without limitation). This includes the warranty of merchantability or fitness for use for any purchase of products. In no event will Life Science Products, Inc. be liable for consequential damages arising out of the use of any represented products.

Life Science Products, Inc. cannont guarantee absence of typographical errors, either in prices or in technical or specification information provided. Additional manufacturer information is available for futher clarification or changes, if necessary.
