MultiGene™ OptiMax Thermal Cycler 
The MultiGene OptiMax brings new speed and features to our Themal Cycler line, replacing our popular MultiGene Gradient unit (#TC9600-G).  Utilizing the same easy user interface as the #TC9600-G, the new MultiGene OptiMax (#TC9610) has greater speed of operation (run times up to 30 minutes faster).  Ramping speed has been increased and the overshooting or undershooting that contributes to longer run times has essentially been eliminated.  The unit features a newly designed, tighter lid that prevents condensation issues.  A PC Viewer and a TM calculator have been added.  The PC Viewer is designed to connect to a Windows based PC using a USB inerface for viewing actual temperature profiles in real time.  The new 6-block gradient format allows you to select the temperatures you wish to optimize rather than have the system select for you (Temperaure of 6-segment blocks can be independently selected and set).
