Ideal for sizing PCR products, the 200bp DNA Ladder is deal for determining the size of double stranded DNA from 200-to 3000bp. The ladder consists of 11 fragments that range from 200-2000bp in 200 bp increments, plus a 3000bp fragment. The 1000bp fragment is present at increased intensity for easy band identification.

All fragments are precisely quantified and mixed during the production. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye (buffer) and is ready to use.
