CryoVials® with Silicone Gasket

• Thick Walled specially formulated polypropylene vials and caps have the same coefficient of expansion which enhances leak-proof qualities at changing temperatures and prevents vial from exploding or breaking
• Used for the freezing of biological material, human or animal cells, at temperatures as low as -196°C, for storage. CryoFlex Tubing (#LS-2000) recommended at this temperature. 
• Sterilized by gamma irradiation and are packaged in unique tamper proof resealable safety lock bags
• Can be used with canes and storage boxes
• Silicone gaskets in the cap to prevent leakage during long term storage

It is Recommended:

• That these vials be properly encased and sealed in CryoFlex polyethylene tubing (#LS-2000) for safety and to ensure sample containment temperatures exceeding -80°C and for total immersion in liquid nitrogen
• That working volume must not be exceeded
