Ideal for sizing PCR products, the 100bp DNA Ladder (Marker) is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 100 to 1000bp. The ladder consists of ten 100bp increments that range in size from 100-1000bp. The 500bp fragment is present at increased intensity to allow easy band identification.

All fragments are precisely quantified and mixed during the production. For 5 ul loading, all fragments except 500bp are 30ng. The 500bp fragment is 60ng. This ladder is pre-mixed with loading dye and is ready to use.
