Sterile disposable syringe filter units are designed to be used when filtering small volumes of liquid or gases to sterilize, ultraclean, clarify, or otherwise remove particulates. All units are packaged in sterile individual blister packs, ready to be used.
Each unit is equipped with a female luer-lock inlet for easy attachment to a standard syringe.
Membranes are sonically welded to the housing for strength and to provide bi-directional capability. Housing and packaging materials are non-pyrogenic (endotoxin-free). Sterility is by gamma irradiation and individually packaged in easy-to-open blister packs. All sterile syringe filter units are pyrogen free/endotoxin free. Bubble point and air flow rates are integrity tested.
Membranes are housed in Polypropylene Housing (PP-H) with a maximum temperature of 121°C
