The myFuge™ 5 microcentrifuge includes a four position rotor for compatibilty with a variety of 5ml test tubes, including 5ml snap cap centrifuge tubes.

When using listed 5ml macrotubes with the C2205 centrifuge with a 15ml rotor, Adapter Inserts, aka spacers, (#C2570, listed) are NECESSARY to be inserted into the rotor cavities. Without the adapter inserts, it is likely that the tubes will fall and lodge into the rotor cavities.
