True North® Mini-Coolers for 0.2ml to 2.0ml tubes
7 versions are available with 0°C and -20°C ranges. The Cooler's Base are filled with non-toxic self-insulating gel. Lids are available with Clear Lids or Gel Filled Lids. Units with Gel Filled Lids can hold temperature for longer periods of time. These Mini-Coolers are designed to protect temperature-sensitive samples at the bench or in the freezer, such as PCR reagents, enzymes, and other biochemical reagents.

True North® Labtop Mini-Coolers
Protect temperature-sensitive samples at the bench or in the freezer.

Seven versions are available, these Mini-Coolers are ideal for keeping PCR® reagents, enzymes, and other biochemical reagents cool while working at the bench. Filled with insulating gel, the mini coolers can also be used for controlled sample freezing and for longer temperature retention samples.

  • Polycarbonate construction with rubber non-slip feet
  • Gridded and keyed one-position lids for easy sample identification
  • 0.5ml (0.65ml) tube adapters supplied as standard with the 0.5ml–2.0 ml tube size versions
  • Temperature-retention graph supplied with each of the 7 Mini-Cooler versions
  • Coolers #LS-120072 and #LS-120075 are filled with a non-toxic self-insulating gel and can hold temperature longer.
  • Versions available for 0.5ml (0.65ml) and 1.5-2.0 mL microcentrifuge tubes, cryogenic vials, and a 96-place version for 0.2 mL PCR tubes and 96-well plates
