Biomiga MgPure® Magnetic Bead Purification Kit Products
These innovative kits use par-magnetic beads (or particles) to selectively bind, purify and isolate nucleic acids, including plasmid DNA (high and low copy), BAC's, PAC's, and cosmids. The binding of the nucleic acid to the surface of magnetic beads occurs 'In-Solution' (suspension) resulting in superior (reproducible) binding kinetics and binding effectiveness and efficiency. A magnetic field is used to separate the beads and the bound DNA from the sample. This 'In-Solution-Binding' provides superior purity because the beads can be resuspended during the wash step of it's protocol. Washing the beads removes contaminants. Elution of the DNA from the beads using a suitable buffer for retreival. Using MgPure® kits, the purified DNA is suitable for downstream applications, including PCR, sequencing, cloning, etc. Due to high scalability, our Magnetic Bead kits can be used to easily automate into most robotic platforms for high throughput protocols. Our kits are fully validated on Kingfisher Flex, IsoPURE 96, Allsheng autopure 96, adaptable on Biomek, Hamilton and other major platforms. They are used for automated fluorescence sequencing, and other downstream applications.
